Position Overview

Homes by Noble is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout each project
• Coordinate and oversee project schedules, timelines, and job sequencing
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met
• Source, order, and manage materials to maintain project efficiency and avoid delays
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards and client expectations
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trade professionals
• Resolve project challenges proactively and efficiently
• Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and company procedures
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, job sequencing, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control project costs
• Experience sourcing and ordering construction materials
• Ability to multitask and successfully manage multiple projects at various stages of completion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management software and construction management tools is an asset
• Trade experience is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage
